YOUR .ETH RESEARCH SPACE

Terms of use

These terms describe the permitted use and current limitations of ENS Advisor, an independent research application operated by Samet. Registrations, renewals and the automatic registration bot send transactions from your own wallet; ENS Advisor never holds your funds.

Purpose and decisions

ENS Advisor organizes .eth name research. Scores, dates, prices, valuations, public lists and sales reports are informational and can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. They are not financial advice, a formal valuation or a guarantee of availability, profit or resale. Prices are set by the ENS registrar contracts and change with the ETH rate and the premium auction; confirm the live conditions in your wallet before confirming any transaction.

Your account and records

Use a Google account you are authorized to access, protect it and sign out on shared devices. Submit only information you have the right to use. Keep a backup of records you need. You retain your rights to the notes and other original content you provide; the service processes them to deliver the features you request.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another user’s records, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, evade usage limits, scrape the public pages beyond normal use or use the application for unlawful activity. API and MCP tokens are personal: keep them secret and rotate them if exposed. Availability and usage limits depend on the application and its data providers.

Monitoring and alerts

Browser monitoring runs while the application is open. Optional server monitoring continues while the site is closed; Telegram alerts require an explicitly confirmed account connection and e-mail digests an explicit opt-in. Scheduling and delivery depend on the configured services and may be delayed. Alerts are not guaranteed to arrive before a registration deadline.

Transactions you sign yourself

“Register now”, “Renew with my wallet” and “Renew until a date” prepare transactions that your own wallet sends directly to the ENS registrar contracts or to NameHash’s renewal contract. You review and confirm each transaction in your wallet, you pay the name price and the network fee, and you receive the name or the renewal in your wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; a wrong network, insufficient funds or a name taken by someone else can make them fail or be wasted. A small excess is sent to absorb price movement and is refunded by the contract in the same transaction. Each transaction carries a referrer value that identifies ENS Advisor; ENS-related programs may pay referral awards to the operator for it. ENS Advisor is not a broker, escrow or custodian.

Automatic registration bot

The bot registers a name to your wallet when the premium price falls to the budget you set. To use it you grant, in MetaMask, a spending permission limited to the ENS Advisor registrar contract, to a maximum amount and to an expiry date. The contract can only spend that permission on registering the chosen name to your own wallet: it charges the actual price and the network fees of the reservation and registration, returns the rest in the same transaction and keeps nothing. A failed attempt costs you nothing. Success is not guaranteed: someone else may register the name first, the price may stay above the approved amount, the permission may expire, the network may be congested or ENS may change its contracts. If several users target the same name, it is registered to whoever’s budget the price reaches first. You can cancel a waiting order in the app and revoke the permission in MetaMask at any time. The feature is part of the Pro membership and may be paused, for example when ENS moves to a new registrar.

Membership and fees

Where paid checkout is available, the Membership page states the price, quotas and access period before payment. Card subscriptions through Stripe renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled from the customer portal; one-time crypto payments cover a single period and require a new confirmation to renew. Early renewal preserves remaining time. On expiry, records remain available under Free limits. Name registration and renewal costs, network fees and any success fee for the bot are separate and are stated before they apply. Payment verification can be delayed; do not send a second payment to resolve an uncertain status without checking it. Contact the operator for billing questions and refund requests. Applicable statutory rights continue to apply.

Public pages and third-party data

The opportunity lists, sales report and name pages are public and built from ENS registry data, Ethereum, OpenSea and the ENS records the owners publish on chain. They are refreshed on a schedule, may be incomplete and do not make ENS Advisor a party to any sale. Owner contact details shown on a name page are the records the owner published in ENS; use them respectfully and lawfully.

Liability, changes and support

The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for a name not obtained, a price that moved, a failed or delayed transaction, lost network fees or decisions made on the information shown. Features and data sources may change or be temporarily unavailable, and these terms will be updated as the service changes. Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. For support or questions about these terms, contact [email protected].
